Our Process

At Aspen Homes our philosophy is simple. Everything we do is about the customer from the very first meeting we want to make sure that every decision you make is an educated one. If you know what the outcome of your decision is before you make it you are going to be happy every time and if you are happy we are happy. Our goal is also to make the process simple and fun. Any of the negatives that we have heard about building a new home we have assessed and came up with solutions so they do not happen to our customers.

Initial Meeting

• This meeting is to find out what and where you want to build
• Explain our building process in more detail
• Talk about financing options
• Go over lot options
• Show you plans and pictures of homes we have done that are comparable to what you want to build

Planning Process

• Design plans specifically for you
• Review Aspen Homes specifications based on the needs and wants for you new home
• Discuss pricing based on plan and specifications

Taking Time to Care

Because we take the time in the initial meetings we are able to help you make the educated decisions and obtain a real number before you sign a contract or before the building phase begins. This eliminates costly changes and any frustration. So, the day you sign up to build with Aspen Homes you know exactly what you will be paying at closing!

This does take more time upfront and the same amount of effort that it would be with any builder overall but allows us to have happy customers at closing. You are always happy if you get what you expected to get.

Building Process

We take a very schedule oriented and systematic approach to this process We try to communicate with you throughout so you know what is going on and what to expect with each phase.

Warranty

This is the process that most builders fail at and is one of the most difficult aspects of the entire process. Our approach is simple. Do what you say you are going to do when you said you are going to do it. Our warranty manager is dedicated to completing warranty items in a timely manner with the customers.
